Requirements To Register A Company in Zimbabwe

Private Limited Company (PLC)
- Company name (at least 5 in order of preference).
- Main business of the company.
- Address of the Company.
- Email address.
- Directors and secretary (a min. of 2 directors and a secretary NB: a secretary can be one of the directors, a separate individual or corporate body). Names, addresses, ID or Passport Nos & nationality.
- Subscriber (initial shareholders), minimum of 1. Names, addresses & current occupations. These may/may not be the same with the directors.
- Cost is $160.00 inclusive of lodging fees.
- Turnaround time for the whole process is 7 – 10 working days
Private Business Corporation (PBC)
- Company name (at least 5 in order of preference).
- Main business of the company.
- Address of the Company.
- Email Address of the company.
- Details of the members (min of 1 – 20). Names, addresses, ID or Passport Nos & nationalities required.
- Details of accounting officer with either ACCA, CA, C/A, SAAA qualification. Certified copy of qualification is required.
- Cost is $90.00 inclusive of lodging fees.
- Turnaround time for the whole process is 7 – 10 working days
